Welcome: To those of you arriving here from the dead tree version of The American Medical News, welcome. Think of this blog as a one-person op-ed page of medical news. My purpose in starting it was to give a physician’s-eye view of media coverage of medical developments - both political and scientific - and to critique some of the spin that researchers put on their work.
