The Pox: Apparently, there was a monkeypox outbreak two years ago, among prairie dogs and their humans. The good news is, people who had had the smallpox vaccine in their childhood had no discernible symptoms, suggesting the already vaccinated may still have immunity to the related smallpox virus as well.
