Techno Trash: I replaced the step-on garbage cans in my exam rooms with these. Love them! Patients often put their purses in front of the trash can, making it difficult to reach the pedal of the step-on cans, but when I would lift up the trash can lid by hand, I often got a disapproving frown. I'd wash my hands again, but then I had another paper towel to dispose of. Now, I elminate both problems. And I haven't yet had any problem with kids putting their hands over the sensors again and again to watch them open and close. (Except for my own kids.)
