IS this post a taunt for those of us who are inclined towards anglophilia (is that a word)--just to balance this out how about "U.
S. Healthcare gets a D" ( Http://www.kaisernetwork.org/daily_reports/rep_index.cfm?DR_ID=39954 ) I did check out the Common Wealth Fund who did this study and could not discern any noticeable political or special interest leanings. Very nice to have you back Frank
