Tuesday, June 04, 2002AFTERTHOUGHT: A reader e-mailed about this link with the comment, "Who cares?" His point was that we should always be on the lookout to correct our mistakes and find ways to make the least mistakes possible in the future. This is true, of course, and a point that I've made often in the past when discussing the IOM report on medical errors.
