Condom Casualty: Here's the story of one teenager who relied solely on condoms for birth control.
One thing that keeps bugging me about this story is the very limited contact the girl had with the doctor before and after her abortion. I can't think of one medical procedure where the patient is sedated and draped before getting to meet the doctor.
