MedMal Tort Reform: The House passed tort reform today, and gave it an acronym that's a stretch even by acronym standards:

The U.S. House of Representatives today approved the Help Efficient, Accessible, Low Cost, Timely Health Care (HEALTH) Act of 2003 by a vote of 229 to 196.

On to the Senate!
