Tuesday, July 22, 2003On Sixth Street in Cuyahoga Falls, Jeanne Lane and her husband, Charles, just had their basement carpet professionally cleaned Monday afternoon -- only to have it ruined within the hour. ``It started raining at 5:30 p.m. and the carpet guy left at 5:45 p.m.,'' Jeanne Lane recalled. ``I said to myself, `This does not look good.'
