Life's Worth: There's an interesting malpractice trial going on in my town. The physician admits he made a mistake. What's at issue, though, is how much the plaintiffs should be awarded. They initially sought 3.5 million dollars in damages for the death of their baby, which occurred entirely through the fault of the doctor.
