Running Mates: Tort reform won't be on the front-burner for the Kerry/Edwards team. For John Kerry, it seems to be a non-issue. And as a trial lawyer, John Edwards isn't likely to be a friend of tort reform, although he has made pretty speeches about it in the past.
Of course, tort reform isn't the main issue in the election, even for someone like me, whose livelihood depends on it. If I thought that the Kerry/Edwards team would be stronger on the war on terrorism than Bush/Cheney, I'd vote for them in a heart beat. But, fortunately, I don't have to make that choice.
