Tuesday, July 20, 2004The weight of the medical evidence is overwhelming: when sedentary people become active and start eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables these lifestyle changes improve health dramatically - and this holds true for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. What such changes usually do not do is make 'obese' people appreciably thinner.
