Good-bye to All That: While I was away, the governor of Tennessee announced he was going to shut down TennCare, the budget eating state-funded healthcare program that bore many similarities to the Kerry/Edwards plan for the nation. The governor is in a show-down with advocates who have fought tooth and nail to keep the benefits generous. How generous is it?
