When In Doubt, Cut it Out: Twenty-percent of women worldwide say they would consider having double mastectomies to prevent breast cancer:

One in five women would consider having both their breasts removed to reduce their odds of developing cancer, according to a survey on Monday.

More than 1,500 women around the world were questioned in the poll about what choices they would make if told they were at high risk of the disease.

Of course, considering is much different from doing.
