Reading with Judith: Miss Manners' reading list. I second the The Golden Bowl. It's a very difficult slog through all the subtle communication between the characters, but well worth the effort. I read it recently, and found it hard to put down even though I often had to read things two or three times ot understand. Somehow, he manages to make a simple touch seem very sexy. posted by Sydney on
