I agree with the MAYBE. While such printing is impressive, it remains a simple part of the process. A circus does not auto-organize once the tent is erected. There is a lot of training of the performers and coordination of the acts that adds a small layer of complexity. When I last checked, we are a bit short on maintaining the training ("phenotype") of liver and other cells (islet, dopaminergic, etc.) in culture.
