Bird Flu Alert Level: In case your wondering where things stand on the current avian flu pandemic threat, the World Health Organization has a helpful chart. We're on low yellow alert.

I have to admit, the cases in Turkey have made me step up my preparedness on the home front. I've put up extra supplies of masks and gloves at the office just in case we need to be a little more careful than we usually are about sharing germs.

    Medpundit,

You once mentioned all the nifty blogs you've found...and you certainly link a great many of them! Maybe you'll consider mine.

I'm an engineer with a small building design practice in Texas. Dealing with income taxes and the IRS used to be my largest drain on time, money, and peace of mind. But seven years ago I read an article on Tax Honesty and started digging. What I found was mind-blowing, so I kept digging.

Within two years I was a lawful Nontaxpayer; since then I've told every small businessperson or professional I meet, to please research Tax Honesty.

At the risk of sounding prideful, I believe my American Glasnost blog is the only one-stop website giving a complete picture of the IRS scam and showing how it has bred the government (and private-sector) corruption that's destroying our national fabric.

It’s not about all the money one can save; it’s about restoring our Constitution and ending state-sponsored terrorism in America.

It begins on a somber tone because this is vital to our republic, and it’s a frightening issue to many people. But I take a more lighthearted tone further down the blog (cartoons, cute pictures, etc.).

Come visit; if you find it compelling, tell fellow practicioners about American Glasnost. (I’m always looking for CPA’s and tax attorneys that honestly want to know more.)
