Tuesday, January 17, 2006Such a short memorty those legislators have. But the insurance companies don't. In my little corner of Ohio, every insurance company seems to be eagerly jumping on board. All except for two, that is. And those two are both companies who tried the experiment before. They both dropped it because of the financial burden it imposed on them.
