What We're Up Against: My specialty board puts out a monthly journal that, for the most part, has very good review articles on various topics. Its table of contents with hyperlinks arrives once a month in my email. Today, I clicked on the first link in the email and got this. Only afterwards did I see the little "paid advertisement" notice above the link. Sheesh.
