Just Wondering: If everyone pays the same price per vial for the influenza vaccine and the needles and syringes with which to adminster them, why do reimbursement rates vary so much - $14 in Puerto Rico vs. $25 in San Francisco? (And I believe everyone does pay the same price, although those in Puerto Rico may have to pay more in shipping. The manufacturer's and distributors don't ask where you live before telling you the price.)
