Sydney, You're up too early. Of course, what would that say about me, since I'm on Mountain Time? Also, sitting here with an empty glass of chardonnay (which I hate). However, it was rated a "90" in Wine Spectator. I should have known my dislike of chardonnay would trump a "90" rating. Or perhaps it was the fact I bought it at Costco.
As far as I know, there is no health advantage to white wine, and no taste advantage, either.
