Keeping Track: I've written before about the difficulty of keeping track of patient's drugs from admission to admission and discharge to discharge, but here's a product that claims to make that easier. I have no idea how well lit ends up working, but it seems like a good use of electronic information. The trick, I suppose, is getting community pharmacies, hospitals, and doctor's offices to be able to communicate electronically at an affordable price.
